HR Workforce Manager

You have skill for business and people. As an HR Workforce Manager at Mestudent, following

the company’s mindset, you design long-term Mestudent resource plans and carry them out by preparing and taking care of the whole recruitment process. On top of adding new force to our start-up, you effectively manage present staff.



What you’ll do:

  • deliver the resourcing plans for the offices in Poland, but also for the wider business, using credible, customer-focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions
  • be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates across the company
  • manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey (effectively source and match candidates to positions, advertise roles as required, telephone/video interview all shortlisted applicants, coordinate, present and conduct competency based candidate interviews, carry out assessment centres/open days)
  • maintain all employee files as legally required
  • ensure that agreed KPI’s and SLA’s are in place and adhered to by the team
  • play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships across Recruitment and Shared services and drive a continuous improvement mindset.

What we're expecting:

  • a clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own discipline
  • recruitment experience of 3+ years within an established internal recruitment function
  • thinking directed at selecting the appropriate route rather than drawing the map
  • proven management and team building experience
  • the confidence and ability to respond to challenges or process issues and adapt to new situations
  • ability to think globally and act locally
  • ability to work in matrix management structures
  • change management aptitude and ability to engage people in continuous development
  • fluent English and Polish.

You'll get bonus points if:

  • you’re an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, and is credible and able to liaise with people at all levels
  • you have experience in Power BI
  • you have experience of actively participating in continuous improvement projects from idea generation to implementation
  • you have experience working in the software development environment
  • you speak other languages than the required ones.
